William W. Smith Sr., 92 of Bruceton Mills, WV passed on Friday April 5, 2019. Born January 30, 1927 in Terra Alta, WV son of the late Russell and Kathleen (Wilson) Smith; Beloved husband of the late Marge L. (Swaney) Smith; father of William W. Smith Jr. (Ronda) of Mechanicsville, MD, James W. Smith (Wendy) of Bruceton Mills, WV and Margie Lee Smith of Bruceton Mills, WV; and his former daughter in law Beverly Dillows Smith; grandfather of Tracy Nichols, Heather Smith Dundas, Christopher Smith, Melissa Smith Arch, Jennifer Smith, Allayna Smith, Allyson Krenke, Allyssa Krenke Cecil, Ashlynn Krenke Lavsa and numerous great grandchildren; brother of Harry and Queen Smith and the late Bud, Paul, Fred James, Nellie and Martha Smith. He was a Navy veteran of World War II & Korea and was a diesel mechanic for many years. Viewing Monday 4-7 PM Stephen R. Haky Funeral Home, 603 N.
