Mrs. Veronica "Vee" Ann Shutty, 76, of Uniontown, passed away on Friday, June 13, 2025 at Ruby Memorial Hospital.

She was born in Uniontown on December 25, 1948 to the late Frank and Mary Ann Zidek Kordella.

Vee graduated from Father Kolb High School in Masontown.

She married Mr. Robert Shutty on July 18, 1972.

Vee is a member of St. Therese Church.  She was a devoted volunteer at Mt. Macrina Manor with her K-9, "Frosty".

She worked at Fayette County Grocer's Association, Healthmarte Warehouse, and Sears.

Vee was a loving caregiver to all; and enjoyed cooking and baking.

She is survived by her husband Robert of Uniontown; two brothers, David Kordella of Uniontown and Frank Kordella, Jr. of New Salem; and several loving and devoted nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Visitation for Vee will be held at the Stephen R. Haky Funeral Home, 603 N. Gallatin Ave. Ext., Uniontown, PA 15401on Monday, June 16th from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 PM. A mass of Christian burial will be held at St. Therese Church, 61 Mill St., Uniontown, PA 15401, on Tuesday, June 17th at 10 AM.

Interment will be in Sylvan Heights Cemetery.
