Valeria "Vi" (Costenic) Tuskan, age 101 of Uniontown, Pa., passed away peacefully surrounded by her loving family on Monday, December 10, 2018.

She was born on July 1, 1917 in Oliver, Pa., daughter of the late Pete and Martha Costenic. She was also preceded in death by her husband Joseph A. Tuskan in 1980.

Valeria was a member of St. John the Evangelist Roman Catholic Church of Uniontown, Croation Fraternal Union Lodge 72, and Croation Club and Ladies Auxiliary. She worked at Berkowitz Garment Factory in Uniontown for 34 years.

Left to cherish her memory are her daughters, Barbara Tuskan and Marlene Reynolds; grandchildren, Gary Reynolds, Traci Mihalik and husband Tom, and Jeffrey Reynolds; her sister, Helen Hall of Michigan; special nieces and their families, Patty Yanosek of Virginia, Jean Tissue of Uniontown, and Rosemarie Keith of Michigan; her nephew, Jerry Grcevich; and extra special friend, Mary Ann Mrowca.

Friends will be received at the Stephen R. Haky Funeral Home, Inc., 603 N. Gallatin Ave. Ext., Uniontown, Pa. on Friday, December 14, from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m.; and Saturday, December 15, until 9:15 a.m. when prayers of transfer will be said.

The Funeral Mass will follow at 10 a.m. on Saturday in St. John the Evangelist Roman Catholic Church, 50 Jefferson St., Uniontown, Pa.

Interment will follow at Sylvan Heights Cemetery, Uniontown, Pa.
