Thelma J. "Jane" (Fitzsimmons) Lehman, 83, of Uniontown, PA, died on Thursday, January 8, 2015 at the Uniontown Hospital. She was born on June 29, 1931 in Uledi, PA, daughter of the late Ewing and Helen (Sickles) Fitzsimmons.

In addition to her parents, Jane was preceded in death by her husband, Robert Lehman, brothers, Donald Fitzsimmons and James Fitzsimmons, Sr., and sisters, Ruth Hall, Anna Belle King, and Grace Lincoln.

Jane was a member of Third Presbyterian Church in Uniontown, and was a graduate of South Union High School Class of 1949. She was employed as a seamstress, and then as a cook at Laurel Rest Home for over 20 years.

She is survived by her sister, Mellis Heck and husband John of Stockdale, PA, a sister-in-law, Harriet Fitzsimmons, a brother-in-law, Eugene Lincoln, both of Uniontown, PA, and many nieces and nephews.

The family extends special thanks to the staff at Laurel Ridge Center for their wonderful care and kindness to Jane during her stay.

Funeral services and interment will be privately held, under the direction of Stephen R. Haky Funeral Home, Inc., 603 N. Gallatin Ave., Ext., Uniontown, PA, and the Sylvan Heights Cemetery, Uniontown, PA.

A Memorial Service will be held at a future date.
