Ms. Thelma J. David, 90, of Uniontown, passed away on Thursday, September 26, 2024 at Hillside Manor.

She was born in Coolspring, PA on August 24, 1934 to the late Dave and Anna "Tatla" Richey David.

Thelma graduated from North Union High School, class of 1952.

She worked for the Department of Agriculture in Washington D.C.; retiring after over thirty-five years of employment.  She resided in Alexandra and Arlington, VA during her career.

Thelma enjoyed going to casinos and bingo in her later years.

She is survived by a sister, Frances Buck of Silver Spring, MD; three special nieces, Debbie Cramer of Smock; Gloria (Dave) Seto of Perryopolis; and Anna Deeds of Uniontown; and numerous nieces and nephews across the country.

She was preceded in death by seven siblings, Sophie Vito, Ann Pratt, Mary Lakin, Kathryn Deeds, Dorothy Harper, William David, and George David.

A funeral mass will be held on Saturday, September 28 at 10 AM at St. George Maronite Church, 6 Lebanon Terrace, Uniontown, PA 15401.

Interment is in Sylvan Heights Cemetery.
