Terence D. "Terry" Conner, 86, of Uniontown, PA passed away peacefully on March 25, 2025 after a brief illness.   He was born on June 30, 1938 in Chambersburg, PA.

Terry was a proud Alum of Penn State University with a bachelors degree in civil engineering. He worked as a professional engineer employed by Pennsylvania Department of Transportation for the majority of his career

Terry was preceded in death by his parents Norman L. Conner and Fern Durboraw Conner; his daughter, Gretchen Diane Wood and his son, Douglas Michael Conner. He leaves behind his wife of 65 years, Diane Shultz Conner, his daughter, Karen Sue Plaski (Dale) and his son, Terence D. "Tod" Conner, ll (Dian), and son in law, Barry R. Wood. He was "Paps" to five grandchildren and four great grandchildren.

Terry will be remembered for his passion for golf. His happy place was on the golf course. Terry had many sayings that were affectionately known as Terry-isms by his family.  His legacy will live on through Terry-isms! As Terry would say, "so be it…"

Visitation for Terry will be held at the Stephen R. Haky Funeral Home, 603 N. Gallatin Ave. Ext., Uniontown, PA 15401, on Thursday, March 27th from 4 to 7 PM, and Friday, March 28 from 10 to 11 AM, at which time the funeral service will be held at the funeral home.
