Stanley A Rafitz's Obituary
Stanley A. Rafitz, age 98 of Uniontown, Pa, passed away on Monday March 17, 2014.
He was born on September 7, 1915, a son of John and Agnes (Mulich) Rafitz.
Stanley was preceded in death by his parents, his wife Margaret A. (McClintock) Rafitz, his brothers; Joseph, Andrew, sisters; Rose Tolarchick and two sisters in Poland.
Left to cherish his memory is his daughters Donna Lee McCaffrey Starkey and her husband Leonard, Faith Ann Rafitz Sible and her husband Robert Jr., 8 grandchildren, 8 great grandchildren, 3 great great grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.
Stanley was a member of St. Joseph Roman Catholic Church, The Catholic War Veterans, The Disabled Veterans, American Legion, The Former VFW Post #47, 961 FA Battalion VFW and The Polish Club.
Arrangements are private and under the direction of the Stephen R. Haky Funeral Home, Inc. 603 North Gallatin Ave. Ext., Uniontown, Pa.
Interment was held in Sylvan Heights Cemetery, Uniontown, PA.
