Robert W. Spear, 68 of Uniontown, Pa., passed away Sunday, April 22, 2018 with his loving family at his side at UPMC Presbyterian Hospital, Pittsburgh, Pa.

He was born in Connellsville, Pa. on December 22, 1949 son of the late Robert E. and Gladys (Landman) Spear. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his twin brother William, brother Harry, sister, Lois Spear Provance, sister-in-law, Mary Jean Spear, and niece, Patty Provance Matthews.

Bob was a social member of George C. Marshall Amvets Post 103. He was Free Methodist by faith, and enjoyed camping, going to casinos, and vacationing at the beach.

Left to cherish his memory is his wife of 42 years, Christina M. (Grake) Spear, a brother, Clarence Spear of Warren, OH, and many nieces and nephews.

Friends will be received at the Stephen R. Haky Funeral Home, Inc., 603 N. Gallatin Ave. Ext. Uniontown, Pa. on Wednesday, April 25, from 4 p.m. until 8 p.m., and also on Thursday, April 26 from 10 a.m. until 11 a.m., the Hour of Service with Pastor Eugene Spear officiating.

Entombment will follow at Sylvan Heights Cemetery Mausoleum.
