Robert W. Gibson Jr., age 82, of Uniontown, PA., passed away on Tuesday, November 25, 2014 at the Uniontown Hospital, with his family at his side. He was born in Uniontown, PA. on, May 5, 1932. Robert was the son of the late Robert W. Sr., and Thelma (Chidster) Gibson.

He was preceded in death by his parents and his wife of 65 years Jean Lorraine (Yowler) Gibson.

Robert was a lifelong brick & Stone mason being a member of the union, he served his country with The United States Air Force, was a member of The AMVETS Post 103 of Hopwood and the American Legion Post 51 of Uniontown.

Left to cherish her memory are his children, Brenda Lee Gray and husband Michael, Robin Ann Moore and husband Gary, and Robert "Bobby" Gibson III; five grandchildren; 7 great grandchildren.

Friends will be received at the Stephen R. Haky Funeral Home, Inc., 603 N. Gallatin Ave., Ext., Uniontown, PA, on Wednesday November 26, 2014 from 12-1 PM the hour of service.

Entombment will follow in Sylvan Heights Cemetery, Uniontown, Pa.
