Rita G. (Wilhelm) Vojacek, 58, of West Leisenring, PA, died on Monday, April 14, 2014 at Laurel Ridge Center, Uniontown PA. She was born on March 24, 1956, in Connellsville, PA, daughter of Kenneth Wilhelm, who preceded her in death, and Anna Marie (Savage) Wilhelm, of Uniontown PA.

In addition to her mother, she is survived by two children, son, Steve G. Vojacek and fianc Sharon of Hopwood, PA, daughter, Rachel Ann Vojacek of West Leisenring, PA; a grandson, Maxx Vojacek of Uniontown, PA; five brothers and sisters, Nancy Morris of Virginia, Clyde Savage and Jamie of Perryopolis, Shirley Jarzynka and husband Ed of Hopwood, PA, Bonnie Gaudiano and husband Don of Uniontown, PA, and Ken Wilhelm of West Leisenring, PA; and several nieces and nephews.

Friends will be received in the Stephen R. Haky Funeral Home, Inc., 603 N. Gallatin Ave. Ext., Uniontown, PA, on Thursday, April 17, from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. The Funeral Service will follow at 8 p.m. in the funeral home chapel with Pastor Kenneth Walls and Pastor Vincent Winfrey officiating.
