Regina “Jean” Lally, 86, of Uniontown, passed away on April 14, 2026.

She was a life long parishioner of St. John the Evangelist Church, and she found great satisfaction in her years with Uniontown Hospital.

Jean was the youngest of twelve children, and is survived by her older sister Bernadette (Barney) Burke, and numerous nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, donations are appreciated for the Maryknoll Missions at maryknoll.org.

Interment is in Sylvan Heights Cemetery.
