Paul Nestarec's Obituary
Paul Nestarec, age 94, of Masontown, PA, died on Saturday, April 30, 2011 at the Rolling Meadows Nursing Home, Waynesburg, PA.
He was born on December 14, 1916 in Leckrone, PA, son of John and Maria (Kukan) Nestarec.
His parents, brother, John Nestarec, and sisters, Ann Mavretish and Mary Nestarec, preceded him in death.
Paul served in WWII with the US Army.
Surviving are, his brother Steve Nestarec and wife Mildred; and a sister, Helen Helmick of Carmichaels, PA; and several nieces and nephews.
Friends will be received at the Haky Funeral Home, Inc, 515 North Main St., Masontown, PA., today (Monday) May 2, from 2-9 p.m.; and on Tuesday, May 3, until 11 a.m., when a Blessing Service will be held in the funeral home chapel, with Rev. Father John Bauer Officiating.
Interment will be held at Our Lady of Perpetual Help, St. Mary Cemetery, Leckrone, PA, where military honors will be accorded at graveside.
