Paul A. Lancaster, 70, of Smock, PA, died on Saturday, September 14, 2013 at the William Penn Care Center, Jeanette, PA. He was born on June 10, 1943 in Uniontown, PA, son of the late Albert and Elsie (Kovach) Lancaster.

In addition to his parents, Paul was preceded in death by his first wife Ella Mae Lancaster, and a sister, Beverly Garbutt.

Paul was retired from Redstone Water Company.

Surviving is his second wife Diane Lancaster; three children, Annette Pauline Lancaster and Paul A. Lancaster both of Smock, PA, and (stepson) David Gleason of Royal, PA; three grandchildren, Theodore "T.J." Sabatula, Cameron D. Sabatula, and Lisa N. Sabatula; three great grandchildren, Aiden M. Sabatula, Tristian X. Sabatula, and Malia L. Phillips; a brother and two sisters, Alberta "Birdie" Bair of Cleveland, OH, Paul "Ricky" Lancaster of Uniontown, PA, and Christine Zaro of Las Vegas, NV; close family members, Dave Fultineer, Nancy Butcher, and Mary Lee Carder, and several nieces and nephews.

The family deeply thanks the staff of Lifecare of Monroeville and also the staff of William Penn Care Center of Jeanette, for their exceptional care and compassion.

Friends will be received at the Stephen R. Haky Funeral Home, Inc., 603 N. Gallatin Ave. Ext., Uniontown, PA, on Wednesday, September 18, from 2-4 and 6-8 PM.; and on Thursday, September 19, until 1 PM when a Blessing Service will be held in the funeral home chapel with Rev. Father James Clark Officiating.

Entombment will follow at Lafayette Memorial Park Mausoleum.
