Patsy Lee (Norman) Mackovjak, 67 of Adah, PA, died on Thursday, October 6, 2016 at UPMC Presbyterian Hospital, Pittsburgh, PA, with her loving family at her side. She was born in Uniontown, PA, on March 5, 1949, a daughter of the late Charles and Bessie (Bryan) Norman.

In addition to her parents, Patsy was preceded in death by her husband John M. "Chug" Mackovjak, Sr., and several beloved siblings.

Patsy was a member of Palmer Community Church, Adah, PA, a graduate of German Township High School Class of 1967, and was employed with Shop & Save Supermarket in the Produce Department for 17 years. She was a devoted wife and mother, and proud grandmother; loved to bake for her family, and was an avid Pittsburgh Steelers and Pirates fan.

Left to cherish her memory are her children, John Mackovjak of Adah, Melinda"Missy" Beck and husband Kenny of Hiller, and Patrick J. "P.J." Mackovjak and wife Jennifer of Garards Fort; her grandson, Chase Beck; siblings, Gloria "Buzh" Norman of Adah, Bob Norman and wife Rita of Tower Hill #2, Maudie Zgela of Adah, Beatrice Jessica of Brownsville, and Violet Pugliesi of Allison; and many dear extended family members.

Friends will be received at the Haky Funeral Home, Inc., 515 N. Main St., Masontown, PA, on Monday, October 10, from 2 p.m. until 8 p.m. Visitation shall also be held on Tuesday, October 11, at Palmer Community Church, 410 Church St., Adah, PA from 10 a.m. until 11 a.m., the Hour of Service, with Pastor Rory Ruder officiating.

Interment will follow at Our Lady of Perpetual Help St. Mary Cemetery, Leckrone, PA.
