Patrick Michael “Pat” O’Reilly, 51, passed away on June 1, 2026 at Laurel Ridge Nursing Home.

He was born on July 28, 1974 in Danville, Indiana to Terrence “Terry” and the late Betty (Markutsa) O’Reilly.

In addition to his father, he is survived by his aunts, Margurie Maurer, and Marie (Joe) Karona.

Visitation for Pat will be held at the Stephen R. Haky Funeral Home, 603 N. Gallatin Ave. Ext., Uniontown, PA 15401 on Thursday, June 4th from 10 AM to 12 PM, followed by a blessing service at 12 PM in the funeral home.

Interment is in Mt. St. Macrina Cemetery.
