Patricia (Conteen) Sikina, age 78, of Lemont Furnace, Pa., passed away on Monday September 5, 2016.

She was born on August 15, 1938 a daughter of Phillip "Nene" and Ann (Kenyal) Conteen.

Patricia was a member of St. Mary (Nativity) Roman Catholic Church. A 1956 graduate of the former North Union High School. Before retirement she was employed as a secretary for 42 years at the former Anchor Hocking Cap Plant and Crown Cork Seal in Connellsville, Pa.

She was preceded in death by her parents.

Left to cherish her memory is her loving husband of 56 years Bernard (Zeke) Sikina, devoted sister Carol Dunaway and her husband Dave, special nephew and niece David Dunaway Jr., and Diane Hrebenar and her husband Michael, sister-in-law Mary Kubiak, nephews Frank Digga, Steven, Michael, Mark Dockman, niece Mary Jo McCormick and a special friend Mary Kay Dunaway

Friends will be received in the Stephen R. Haky Funeral Home Inc. 603 N. Gallatin Avenue Ext., Uniontown, PA, 15401, on Thursday September 8, 2016 from 3-8 p.m. and on Friday September 9, 2016 until 9:30 a.m. when Prayers of Transfer will be said.

The Mass of Christian Burial will follow in St. Mary (Nativity) Roman Catholic Church, 61 N. Mount Vernon Ave., Uniontown, PA, at 10 a.m. with Rev. Father Peter L. Peretti as Celebrant.

Entombment will be held at Sylvan Heights Cemetery, Uniontown, PA.

The Parish Wake Service will be held Thursday, at 3:30 p.m. at the funeral home.

The family thanks Dr. Paul A.Hartley, Oncology & Radiation departments of the Uniontown Hospital and the nurses and staff of 1West Uniontown Hospital.
