On Sunday, July 8, 2018, Patricia M. Lukach, beloved wife, mother, and grandmother, passed away at the age of 62 at West Penn Hospital, Pittsburgh, PA, after a brave battle with leukemia.

Patty was born on September 17, 1955, the daughter of Shirley Morris McBride and the late Gerald McBride.  She graduated from Laurel Highlands High School in 1973 and began working as a registered nurse after graduating from the Washington Hospital School of Nursing in 1975. Throughout her career, Patty was employed by Abby Home Health Care, worked for Uniontown Hospital as the Director of Patient Care Management, and most recently served as the Director of Quality and Care Management for Preferred Primary Care Physicians (PPCP).

She will be forever remembered by her husband of 40 years, William J. Lukach; children, Becky Macino and husband Marcus, Michael Lukach, and David Lukach; the joys of her life, granddaughters Erica and Lila Macino; mother Shirley McBride; brother G. Daniel McBride and wife Mary; sisters-in-law Marlene Bandzuch and husband Bill, Donna Berkshire and husband Chuck, and Barbara Atz and husband Bob; mother-in-law Betty Lukach; and many nieces, nephews and their families.  Patty was preceded in death by her father Gerald McBride and her father-in-law William G. Lukach.

Friends and family will be received at the Stephen R. Haky Funeral Home, Inc., 603 N. Gallatin Ave. Ext., Uniontown, Pa. on Wednesday, July 11, from 1-3 pm and 4:30 - 8 pm; and until 9:15 am on Thursday, July 12, when Prayers of Transfer will be said.

The Funeral Mass will follow at 10 am on Thursday in St. John the Evangelist Roman Catholic Church, 50 Jefferson St., Uniontown, Pa.

Interment will be held at Sylvan Heights Cemetery, Uniontown, Pa.
