Patricia D. "Diane" (Roberts) Cowsert, 67, of Uniontown, PA, passed away on Wednesday, August 2, 2017, Surrounded by her loving family.
She was a graduate of Laurel Highlands High School, Class of 1968, and California State College in 1972. She taught in Jersey Shore Area School District, in Jersey Shore, PA, Laurel Highlands School District, and Lighthouse Christian Academy where she taught kindergarten for years prior to her appointment as Principal at Chestnut Ridge Christian Academy.
She is survived by her husband, Kenneth Cowsert, whom she married on June 14, 1973; her daughter, Christie Fike and her husband Marshall; and her beloved grandchildren, Noah and Alyssa.
Friends will be received in the Stephen R. Haky Funeral Home Inc., 603 N. Gallatin Ave., Ext., Uniontown, PA, on Friday, August 4, from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m.

The Funeral Service will follow at 8 p.m. with Pastor Dave Goodin Officiating.

Interment will be privately held in Sylvan Heights Cemetery, Uniontown, PA.
