Parren E Ward's Obituary
Parren (Gene) Ward of Uniontown, PA, passed away unexpectedly on August 5, 2014.
He was born on August 28, 1928 to Parren S. & Marie Ward.
Gene is survived by daughters Gloria Brown and Linda (Gary) Nowakowski, seven grandchildren and eight great- grandchildren, nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his wife, Inez (Smith) Ward in 2007, son, David in 1981, brother, William, and his parents.
Mr. Ward was the owner/ operator of a trucking business in New York where he lived most of his life.
He was a member of the Uniontown Fraternal Order of Eagles 828.
There will be a celebration of his life at the Eagles club at 4:00 PM on August 10, 2014.
Burial will be private and under the direction of the Stephen R. Haky Funeral Home.
Interment will be in Sylvan Heights Cemetery, Uniontown, PA.
