Orlando "Lundo" Contesti, 86, of Hopwood, PA, died on Thursday, May 3, 2012 at home.

He was born on June 18, 1925 in Palmer, PA, son of Dominico and Alodia (Santini) Contesti.

His parents; brothers, Albert and Valentino Contesti; and sisters, Edith Packan, Quinta Corodi, and Rita Contesti preceded him in death.

He retired from the West Virginia Paper Company, where he was a salesman for many years. He was a member of the Uniontown Congregation of Jehovah's Witnesses.

Surviving is his wife of 56 years, Fedella (Saul) Contesti; children, Gary Lee Contesti and wife Laura of Commerce Township, MI; Renata Orlando of Royal Palm Beach, FL; and Lisa Berthold and husband Daniel of Uniontown, PA; 7 grandchildren, Anthony Contesti, Thomas Contesti and wife Mackenzie, Timothy Contesti, Damian Thomas Orlando, Dana Sheehan and husband D. J., Marshall Berthold and Dylan Berthold; 4 great grandchildren, Sean Carr, Alodia Sheehan, Landon Contesti, and Dylan Contesti; 2 brothers, Daniel Contesti and wife Ann, and Raymond Contesti and wife Marcia, all of Florida; 2 sisters, Dora Andreoni of Indiana, Rose Forsythe of Michigan; and many nieces and nephews and their families.

A Memorial Service will be held at the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses, McClellandtown Rd, Uniontown, PA, on Saturday, May 12, 2012 at 11:00 AM with Michael Cook Officiating.
