Nicolina (Costabile) Baker, 68, of Uniontown passed on to glory in her home on Monday surrounded by her family.

She is survived by her three sons and their wives, Tyson and Shelly, Craig and Courtney, Brice and Lynda and her seven grandchildren Jake, Lexie, Lucy, Owen, Zachary, Gavin and Bodie.  She was cared for and loved by her three amazing sisters, Carmelina Gulino and husband Ed, Anna Maria Tassone and husband Gary, and Maddalena Sweeney and husband Jim, and two brothers Neil Costabile and wife Joycelyn and Anthony Costabile and wife Sherree, as well as, numerous cousins, nieces and nephews and her wonderful friends!

She was preceded in death by her parents Antonio and Lucia Costabile and her brother Daniel.

She was an amazing woman and an even better mother.  She will be sadly missed but never forgotten!

A Funeral Mass will be held on Friday, June 15, 2018 at 10 a.m. in St. Therese de Lisieux Roman Catholic Church, 61 Mill St., Uniontown, Pa. Inurnment will follow at Sylvan Heights Cemetery Mausoleum.
