Mira Badovinac's Obituary
Mira Badovinac, age 86, passed away, on Monday June 25, 2012.
She was born on February 18, 1926 a daughter of Paul and Anna (Segedi) Gvozdanovic.
She was preceded in death by her parents and her husband Rev. Marko Badovinac.
Left to cherish her memory are her children; Ann Paris, Vera Kocan and husband Richard, Myra Harim and husband Joseph, John Badovinac and wife Missy, Patti Biggs and husband Brian, 17 grandchildren, 16 great grandchildren and her sister Vesna Mikulec.
Friends will be received in the Stephen R. Haky Funeral Home, Inc. 603 North Gallatin Ave. Ext., Uniontown, Pa. Wednesday June 27, 2012 from 7-9 p.m., and on Thursday June 28, 2012 from 8 until 9:15 a.m. when the Panachida will be held in the funeral home chapel.
A Divine Liturgy will follow in St. Stephen Byzantine Catholic Church at 10 a.m., with Father Joseph Kapusnak as Celebrant.
A Parastas service will be held today at 7:30 PM.
Private Interment will follow in St Stephen Cemetery, Leisenring, Pa.
In lieu of flowers, Liturgy offerings should be made to St. Stephen's Byzantine Catholic Church
