With heavy hearts and profound sadness, we announce the passing of Mildred (DiMarco) Tucci, beloved wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother. Milly's remarkable journey on this earth came to an end on Sunday January 21, 2024, two months before her 104th birthday leaving behind cherished memories and a legacy that will be forever cherished. Mildred was born March 20, 1920 and from the moment she entered into this world, it was evident that she possessed a special light within her. She touched the lives of all who had the privilege of knowing her. Mildred's unwavering devotion to her family and her faith defined the very essence of her being. She is preceded in death by her parents Angelo and Ella (Lazaran) DiMarco; Beloved wife of the late Ross Tucci and her daughter Michele Tucci. She is the last member of her immediate family. She will be united in heaven with her brothers whom she had great love and pride. Ross DiMarco and his wife Dolores, Freeman DiMarco and his wife Theresa, Mike DiMarco and his wife JoAnn, Frank DiMarco and his wife Eleanor and Angelo DiMarco and his wife Rosemarie. Left to cherish her memory are her daughter Denise Tucci, her grandchildren Brian (Christy) Tucci, Latifa Boyce and Anisa Boyce, her great grandson James Hunt. Mildred was a beautician for over 30 years and a member of St. Therese Church of Uniontown. She achieved a lifelong dream of traveling to Europe with her dear friend Lydia. Viewing at Stephen R. Haky Funeral Home, 603 N. Gallatin Ave. Ext. Uniontown on Sunday Jan 28, 2024 from 2-4 & 6-8 PM. Monday Jan 29, 2024 Prayers of Transfer at 9:15 AM followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10:00 AM at St. Therese DeLisieux Church, 61 Mill St. Uniontown. Interment will follow at Sylvan Heights Cemetery. At this time, Thank You to all her caregivers over the years and specially to Eve, Ciara and DaJa who took great care of her through her transition. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorial contributions to Ross F. DiMarco Scholarship sponsored thru the Lion's Club or CFFC ℅ Kathleen DiMarco Gulino Memorial Scholarship Fund in her memory.
