Menichina F. "Minnie" Garbutt, 88, passed away suddenly on Friday, November 30, 2018 at Adventist Health Center, Glendale, California.

She was born on November 15, 1930 in Lambert, Pa., daughter of the late Frank and Teresa (Piccolomini) Firmani. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband Alfred W. "Red" Garbutt, Jr., and brothers, Irvin and Ronald Firmani.

Minnie was a member of St. Therese Roman Catholic Church, Uniontown Pa., the Sons of Italy, Perryopolis, Pa., and the Hollywood Screen Actors Guild. For many years she was a dedicated member of Firmani's Restaurant, the family operated business. Every year she enjoyed spending time with her loving and devoted sons, granddaughter, and great grandchildren. She will be deeply missed.

Left to cherish her memory are her sons, Dr. Alfred W. Garbutt, III., and Frank Garbutt "Frankie G", Hollywood Stuntman Coordinator, both of California; granddaughter, Heather Aued and husband Gustavo, great grandchildren, Isabella Aued, Penelope "Penny" Aued, and Sebastian Aued; and many nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Friends will be received at the Stephen R. Haky Funeral Home, Inc., 603 N. Gallatin Ave. Ext., Uniontown, Pa. on Friday, December 7, from 5 p.m. until 8 p.m., and on Saturday, December 8, from 9 a.m. until 10 a.m. A Blessing Service will follow in the funeral home chapel at 10 a.m.

Private interment will be held at Sylvan Heights Cemetery, Uniontown, Pa.
