Matthew R. Palermo, 37 of Uniontown passed away on Sunday July 12, 2026 at UPMC Montifiore Hospital after a brief illness. Born December 12, 1988 in Uniontown, son of Gary and Robin (Grimm) Palermo. He was proceeded in death by his brother Anthony G. Palermo and his grandparents Gus Palermo, Robert Grimm, Linda and Ralph McManus. In addition to his parents, he is survived by his grandmother Ruth E. Palermo and many nieces, aunts, uncles, cousins and his dogs Booze and Ol’ Red. He was an HVAC Technician. He loved fishing, kayaking gaming, and was an avid Pittsburgh Penguins fan. Visitation at Stephen R. Haky Funeral Home, 603 N. Gallatin Ave. Ext. Uniontown on Thursday 4-8 PM.
