Marylou Hunchuck, 58 of Pittsburgh passed away on Saturday April 13, 2024 at her home. Born May 5, 1965 in Uniontown, she was the daughter of the late William F. Collins and Ruth Mankovich. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her daughter Brianna Fincannon and her beloved dog, the late "Mollie Moo". She is survived by her companion David Bugay, her daughters; Lauren Hunchuck (Monessen, PA) and Kristan (Edward) Taboada (Millsboro, DE); her grandchildren; Madelynn Fincannon, Kira Nicole Bugay and Layla, Goku and John Taboada. Additionally she is survived by her siblings Darla Goodwin, Patrick Collins; her best friend Robin Horwath and her cherished companion, her dog, Coco aka "Chico". Often aloof to the opinions of others, Marylou had a big personality and a knack not only for finding the party, but also for establishing herself as the life of that party. A vivacious spirit, those who knew her could count on her to bring joy and levity to most any situation. Professionally, Marylou was a dedicated hospice caregiver. She played hard, but certainly loved hard too. She deeply loved her grandkids, her animals, the beach, helping others and spending time with her family. Visitation will be held in Uniontown at Stephen R. Haky Funeral Home, 603 N. Gallatin Ave. Ext. on Wednesday from 2-6 PM when a service will be held in the funeral home.
