Mary Ann Marinich, 88, of Uniontown, passed away peacefully Tuesday, Nov. 20, 2012, at the Uniontown Hospital.

She was born April 22, 1924, in Clairton, a daughter of the late George and Mary (Mance) Lesh. Mary Ann was preceded in death by her parents; and two sisters, Frances Nagy and Katherine Ach.

Left to cherish her memory is her beloved husband of 61 years, William Andrew Marinich; children, John Marinich and his wife, Patricia, and Michael Marinich and his wife, Joanne, all of Uniontown; three grandchildren, Kimberly Hardy and her husband, Jeremy, of New London, N.C., David Marinich, of Akron, Ohio, and Albert Marinich, of Uniontown.

Mary Ann was a member of St. Mary (Nativity) Roman Catholic Church in Uniontown and a member of the Croatian Fraternal Union.

Throughout her life, she worked at Uniontown Auto Spring and made a home for her family.

Friends will be received in the Stephen R. Haky Funeral Home, Inc, 603 N. Gallatin Ave., Ext., Uniontown, PA on Friday, November 23, from 2 to 4 and 6 to 9 p.m; and Saturday, November 24, until 9:30 a.m., when prayers of transfer will be said.

The Funeral Mass will be held at 10 a.m. Saturday in St. Mary (Nativity) Roman Catholic Church with the Rev. Father Stephen R. Bugay as celebrant.

The Parish Wake Service will be held at 3:30 p.m. Friday at the funeral home.

Interment will be held at Oak Lawn Cemetery, Uniontown.

Memorial donations may be made in Mary Ann's name to the C.F.U. College Fund.
