Mary Ellen (Lepai) Lemansky, age 83, of Uniontown, PA, died on Saturday, December 18, 2010 at the Golden Living Center, Uniontown, PA.
She was born on December 21, 1926 in Markleysburg, PA, daughter of Michael A. and Mary A. (Speshock) Lepai. She was the last member of her immediate family preceded in death by her parents, three brothers, and two sisters.
Mary was a member of Saint Joseph Roman Catholic Church, Uniontown, PA, and was a member of the First Catholic Slovak Ladies Union. She devoted her life to the care and happiness of her husband and children, and beloved grandchildren.
Left to cherish her memory is her husband, John Francis Lemansky; their children, son, John W. Lemansky and his wife Catherine of Franklin, MA; daughter, Mary Ann
El-Ayazra of Uniontown, PA; five grandchildren, three great grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
Friends will be received in the Stephen R. Haky Funeral Home, Inc., 603 N. Gallatin Ave., Ext., Uniontown, PA, on Tuesday, December 21, from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m.; and on Wednesday, December 22, 2010 until 9:15 a.m. when Prayers of Transfer will be said.
A Mass of Christian Burial will follow at 10 a.m. in Saint Joseph Roman Catholic Church, 180 Old Walnut Hill Road, Uniontown, PA, with Rev. Father Ronald L. Simboli as Celebrant.
Interment will be held at the National Cemetery of the Alleghenies, Bridgeville, PA.
