Mary Frances Kolarik, 66, of Oliver #1, PA, passed away on Monday, September 24, 2018. She was born June 12, 1952 in Uniontown, a daughter of the late Joseph E. and Helen W. (Zehala) Kolarik.

She was a member of St. Mary (Nativity) Roman Catholic Church, in Uniontown and a past member of St. Anthony Shrine and Friary.

Left to cherish her memory, are her brother, Joseph T. Kolarik and his wife Cindy, of State College, PA; her sister, Joanne Thompson and her husband Chuck, of Indian Land, SC; nieces and nephews, Lauren and Joseph Kolarik and Carrie and Steven Thompson; and numerous cousins and extended family members.

Friends will be received in the Stephen R. Haky Funeral Home Inc., 603 N. Gallatin Ave., Ext., Uniontown, PA, on Thursday, September 27, from 4 to 8 p.m. and Friday, September 28, until 12:30 p.m. when Prayers of Transfer will be said.

The Funeral Mass will follow at 1 p.m. in St. Mary (Nativity) Roman Catholic Church, N. Mt. Vernon Ave., Uniontown, PA.

Interment will be held in St. Mary Cemetery, Uniontown.

The Lazarus Wake Service will be held Thursday, at 5 p.m.
