Mary R. "Molly" Hider, age 88, of Vanderbilt, PA., passed peacefully on Saturday, March 10, 2012, with her loving family at her side. She was born on May 5, 1923, to the late William Crayton and Phoebe (Johnston) Crayton, in Yauger Hollow, PA.

Those preceding Molly in death were: her parents; her husband, Linden E. Hider; a grandson Andrew Conn; three siblings, John "Bunny" Crayton, June Wolfe, and Betty Sfero; and a great-grandchild.

Molly was a member of the Pennsville Baptist Church where he enjoyed attending weekly services. She was retired from the Keystone Fireworks Factory. Molly loved shopping and spending time with her family, she also enjoyed filling out puzzle books, playing board games, and crocheting.

Left to cherish her memory are her two daughters, Cathy Lilly and her husband Greg of Central City, PA., and Debbie Conn and her husband Danny of Vanderbilt, PA.; grandchildren, Dana Greenawalt and husband George, Dave Conn and wife Shawna, Brian Lilly and wife Janice, Matt Conn and wife Misty, Scott Lilly, and Nicole Conn; great-grandchildren, Jenna and Molly Greenawalt, and Alexis and Brenden Conn; and several nieces and nephews.

Friends will be received at the Stephen R. Haky Funeral Home, Inc., 603 N. Gallatin Ave., Ext., Uniontown, PA, on Tuesday, March 13, 2012 from 2-4 and 6-9PM., and Wednesday, March 14 until 11:00 AM., the Hour of Service, with Pastor Robert Bixel.

Interment will be held at Sylvan Heights Cemetery, Uniontown, PA.
