Obituary

Margaret I. Stolarik, 77, of Uniontown, passed away on Thursday, March 27, 2025 at Uniontown Hospital.

She was born in Brownsville, Pennsylvania on December 19, 1947 to the late John and Margaret Ritzo Mikovich, Sr.

Margaret graduated from the former Redstone High School.

She married Mr. John P. Stolarik, the love of her life; he preceded her in death on March 1, 2008.

She worked at the Brownsville Hospital until it's closing, and currently worked for Southwestern PA Area on Aging.

Margaret was a member of St. Joseph Roman Catholic Church in Uniontown.  She had an unwavering devotion to her faith.  Her commitment to her faith was not just as an individual practice but one that spreads outwards, touching the lives of everyone she encountered.  Margaret embodied the very essence of her beliefs in everything she did.  With a heart full of compassion, she had an innate ability to understand people's struggles though every walk of life.  Her caring nature seemed to transcend every situation.  Along side her boundless compassion, Margaret was very independent and never wanted to be a burden on anyone.  She will be dearly missed.
