Obituary

Margaret G. Kral, 91, of Hopwood, PA, passed away peacefully with her loving daughters at her side on Wednesday, July 31, 2013. She was born on October 10, 1921 in Champion, PA, daughter of Lena (Snyder) Caton and husband Dewey Caton, who preceded her in death.

She was also preceded in death by her first husband of 48 years Orval McClain, and second husband of 16 years, Charles "Chuck" Kral, Sr.

Surviving are her children, Charles R. Kral, Jr. and wife Patricia of Bethel Park, PA; Mary Ann Hall and husband David of South Park, PA; Charlotte Saylor and husband Arthur of Lemont Furnace, PA; and Sandra Brunton and husband Michael of Uniontown, PA; beloved grandchildren: Jeffrey Hall and wife Jill; Brian Kral and wife Aimee; Renee Zialkowski and husband Gary; Kimberly Saylor; Denise Saylor; and Dr. Lance Brunton and wife Robin; cherished great grandchildren: Alison Hall; Patrick Hall; Cole Brunton, Stone Brunton, twins Vivia and Steele Brunton, and Ridge Brunton; Beth Hays who was like a granddaughter to her; and best friend, Emma Martin. She also leaves behind "Cheri", her beloved Poodle.

The family also would like to extend special thanks to the nurses and caregivers at the Golden Living Center for their wonderful care and compassion.

Margaret loved spending time with her family. Shopping and visiting friends was her passion. She was a past member of the Eastern Star, and Penticostal Church of Melcroft. She had also volunteered for the Red Cross, and served as a Census taker. Her warm and embracing smile and love for others will always be remembered.

Friends will be received at the Stephen R. Haky Funeral Home, Inc., 603 N. Gallatin Ave. Ext., Uniontown, PA., today (Friday), August 2, from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m.; and on Saturday, August 3, from 10 until 11 a.m.

The Funeral Service will be held at 11 a.m. in the funeral home chapel with Pastor Bob Miller Officiating.

Interment will follow at Green Ridge Memorial Park, Connellsville, PA.
