Mandy Marie (Lee) Welsh, 31, of Uniontown, PA, passed away suddenly on Friday, June 10, 2016, at her home. She was born in Ventura, California on March 15, 1985, daughter of Francis Wayne Lee who preceded her in death, and Sharon Louise (Ward) Lee who resides in California.

In addition to her mother, she is survived by her husband of four years, David P. Welsh; two daughters, Brittany Renee Baines and Emily Rose Lee-Welsh; a brother, Wayne Lee and girlfriend Randi Lynn McWilliams of Smithfield, PA; niece and nephew, Casey R. Lee and Christian J. Lee; very close cousin, Brandi Lee of Smock, PA; mother-in-law, Nancy E. Welsh; brothers-in-law, Paul Welsh, and Michael Zuzak and wife Suzanne and their children, Serenity and Justin.

Mandy was a loving wife, mother, daughter and sister. She was an outstanding baker, and loved to get together with her friends and family for "game night, whether it be cards or board games. Her "full of life" and outgoing spirit will be remembered forever.

Friends will be received in the Stephen R. Haky Funeral Home, Inc., 603 N. Gallatin Ave., Ext., Uniontown, PA, on Tuesday, June 14, from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m.; and on Wednesday, June 15, from 10 a.m. until 11 a.m., the Hour of Service with Pastor Lee Maley officiating.
