Madeline (Congelio) Allman, 88 of Dunnellon, Florida, formerly of Uniontown passed on Sunday September 27, 2020. Born July 19, 1932 in Uniontown, PA, daughter of the late Louis A. and Susan (Lazarus) Congelio. Preceded in death by husband James Allman and siblings Millie Shipley, Theresa (Eddie) Olsavicky, Louis Congelio, and Frank Congelio; also survived by many nieces and nephews.
