Lucy Vivian (Patterson) Oldland, 93, of Lemont Furnance, PA, went to be with the Lord on Sunday October 9, 2011.

She was born on December 11, 1917, daughter of Clark Brothers and Mary Elizabeth (Ford) Patterson.

Lucy was a member of Central Christian Church in Uniontown, Pa., she was a homemaker and enjoyed reading her Bible daily.

She was preceded in death by her parents, husband Frank S. Oldland, children Frank S. Oldland Jr., David Lane Oldland, Vivian Faye Hixson, Sisters; Daisy Tissue, Ethel Dodgson Gans, Barbara Garrow, Mable Patterson, Brothers; Clarence Patterson, Henery Patterson,.

Left to cherish her memory is her children Nancy Lough, Jan Oldland and wife Joyce, Clark Oldland and wife Shirley, Colleen Jones, 23 grandchildren, 35 great grandchildren and 3 great great grandchildren, daughter in law Alma Oldland and a son in law Barry Hixson Sr., she was also survived by a grandson Barry Hixson and wife Angela with whom she made her home and a special caregiver and honorary granddaughter Karen Wisilosky.

Friends will be received in the Stephen R. Haky Funeral Home, Inc., 603 N. Gallatin Ave., Ext., Uniontown, PA, on Wednesday October 12, 2011from 2-4 & 7-9 p.m. and Thursday October 13, 2011 until 2 p.m. the hour of service with Rev. Jay P. Hurley officiating.

Interment will be Private in Sylvan Heights Cemetery, Uniontown, PA.
