Lou Ann Scott, 58, of Lemont Furnace, passed away suddenly at home on Thursday, May 17, 2018. She was born on May 19, 1959 a daughter of Louis and Martha (Hutson) Scott.

She was a member of St. May (Nativity) Roman Catholic Church, in Uniontown. Lou Ann was employed by Gnagy Gas and Oil Company for many years. She was an avid Pittsburgh Steelers Fan and loved caring for many outside cats.

Lou Ann was preceded in death by her maternal grandparents, George and Mary Hutson; paternal grandparents, George and Jenny Scott. She leaves behind her loving parents, Louis and Martha; close cousins, George and Jim Scott; and her very close friend Mary Scott. She also leaves behind many more cousins, several close friends, and her fur babies, Monkey and Peanut.

Friends will be received in the Stephen R. Haky Funeral Home Inc., 603 N. Gallatin Ave., Ext., Uniontown, PA, on Monday, May 21, from 5 to 7 p.m., Tuesday, May 22, from 2 to 4 and 5 to 7 p.m. and Wednesday, May 23, until 11 a.m. when a Blessing Service will be held with Rev. Father Peter L. Peretti as Celebrant.

Interment will follow in Sylvan Heights Cemetery, Uniontown.
