Kathleen Louise "Kathi" Sikora, age 63, of Uniontown, PA, passed away on Wednesday, April 6, 2016, in the Uniontown Hospital. She was born November 28, 1952, in Uniontown, a daughter of the late Frank and Margaret (Kovalchick) Sikora.

In addition to her parents, Kathi was preceded in death by her brother, Ronald Sikora; sister, Janet King; and nephew, Mathew Drum.

Kathi was a member of St. Therese de Lisieux Roman Catholic Church, in Uniontown. She worked as an Occupational Therapist at the Uniontown Hospital, and was a true animal lover.

Left to cherish her memory, are her sister, Linda Orlando and her husband Warren; her brother, Jeffrey Sikora and his wife Lori; her sister, Mary Margaret Bires and her husband Ronald; nieces and nephews, Rebecca Bires, Rachel Bires, Amelia Sikora, Gabrielle Sikora, Christine Rusinack, and Franklin King; great nieces and nephews, Mark, Grace, and Olivia Rusinack; Kathi also leaves behind several of her beloved pets.

Friends will be received in the Stephen R. Haky Funeral Home, 603 North Gallatin Ave. Ext., Uniontown, PA, on Sunday, April 10, from 2-8 p.m.

The Parish Wake Service will be held Sunday, at 3 p.m

The Funeral Mass will be held on Monday, April 11, at 10 a.m. in St. Therese de Lisieux Roman Catholic Church, 61 Mill St., Uniontown, PA. All family and friends should arrive at the church by 9:45 a.m.

Private interment will be held at Mt. St. Macrina Cemetery, Uniontown, PA

The family asks that any donations be made to Fayette Friends of Animals, 223 Village of Searights, Uniontown, PA 15401, or an animal shelter of your choice, in Kathleen's name.
