Obituary

Julia Ann (Saradi) Sible, 87, went home to be with the Lord and her loved ones on Saturday, June 29, 2019. She passed away peacefully surrounded by her loving family at JeffersonHospital, Jefferson, Pa.

She was born on April 25, 1932 in Puritan, Pa., daughter of Michael and Elizabeth (Pitner) Saradi. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband Stephen Sible, and a sister, Margaret Kubica and husband Thomas.

Surviving is her sister, Elizabeth Yasenosky and husband Joseph of Smithfield, Pa.; daughter, Shirley Pikulsky and husband Richard of Uniontown, Pa.; granddaughter, Richelle Aronhalt and husband Shannon and great grandchildren Evan and Kelsey of Bethel Park; grandson, Gregg Pikulsky of Uniontown, Pa.; grandson Jeff Pikulsky and wife Jamie and great grandchildren Leah and Elora of Uniontown, Pa.; and many beloved nieces, nephews, and their families.

Julia was a member of St. Mary (Nativity) Roman Catholic Church, a volunteer at St. Vincent de Paul Society, and member of the Hands Full of Mercy. She retired from Rockwell International Manufacturing where she worked as a Key Punch Operator. She enjoyed gardening and most of all spending time with her family, and especially with the children.

Julia lived her life constantly giving of herself to her family and friends, and selflessly caring for others. She touched many people's lives with her love and kindness.

Friends will be received in the Stephen R. Haky Funeral Home Inc., 603 N. Gallatin Ave., Ext., Uniontown, Pa., on Tuesday, July 2, from 2-4 p.m. and 6-8 p.m., and on Wednesday, July 3, until 9:15 a.m. when Prayers of Transfer will be said at the funeral home.

The Funeral Mass will follow at 10 a.m. in St. Mary (Nativity) Roman Catholic Church, 61 N. Mt. Vernon Ave., Uniontown, Pa.

Entombment will follow at Sylvan Heights Mausoleum, Uniontown, Pa.

The Parish Wake Service led by the Lazarus Ministry will be held on Tuesday afternoon at 3 p.m.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to St. Vincent de Paul Society.
