Josephine V. Partica, age 87, of Uledi, passed away at her home on July 25, 2013. Josephine was the daughter of the late John Kovalcheck and Mary (Vanek) Kovalcheck.

In addition to her parents she was predeceased by a husband, John Partica and a son Vince Partica

Throughout her life, she was a member of St. Joseph Roman Catholic Church in Uniontown, and volunteered at Beverly Manor.

She is survived by her caretaker and cousin, Theresa Klosinski; her children; Jimmy Partica, Mary Ella Turner, and Brenda Mockeridge all of Detroit, MI.; grandchildren, Vinny Jr., Trevor, Christina, Jessie, Johnathan, David, Bobby Jean, Leslie and Nicole; three great grandchildren, Aubrey, Azlynn, and Christopher; a sister Elizabeth Oxford of Tennessee; an aunt, Rose Vanek, and many other loving family members.

Friends will be received in the Stephen R. Haky Funeral Home, Inc., 603 North Gallatin Ave. Ext. on Sunday, July 28, 2013 from 6:00pm until 8:00pm, and again on Monday, July 29, 2013 until 9:15am, when Prayers of Transfer will be said.

A Funeral Mass will follow at St. Joseph Roman Catholic Church at 10:00am with Rev. Fr. Ronald Simboli as Celebrant.

Interment will be held in St. Joseph Cemetery, Hopwood, PA.
