Josephine A. (Valigore) Kruczkiewicz, 88, of Uniontown, went home to the Lord on Saturday, June 4, 2016.
She was born on March 26, 1928 daughter of Joseph and Sophia (Maszko) Valigore. Her parents, a daughter Nancy Tielsch, four sisters, and three brothers preceded her in death.
Josephine was a member of St. John the Evangelist Roman Catholic Church of Uniontown, and member of the North Union VFW Auxiliary Post 8543. For many years she was employed at Mount Macrina Manor as a Nurses Aide, and later provided care for three of her sisters. Her faith, devotion to her church and prayer, and love for her family were important in her life. She touched many lives and will be dearly missed.
Left to cherish her memory are four children, JoAnn Kruckvich of Iowa, Antoinette Vensko of California, Paul Kruczkiewicz of Uniontown, and Margaret Macho of Pittsburgh, PA; grandchildren, Regina Corbett, Steven Vensko, Helen Paraiso, Anna Goddard, Clifford Tielsch, Mason Vines, Joshua Vines, Paul Michael Kruczkiewicz, Heidi J. Kruczkiewicz, John Dillon Macho; and ten great grandchildren; a brother, John Valigore of Ohio; and numerous nieces and nephews.
Friends will be received at the Stephen R. Haky Funeral Home, Inc., 603 N. Gallatin Ave., Ext., Uniontown, PA, on Wednesday, June 8, from 2-9 p.m.; and on Thursday, June 9, from 11 am until 12:30 pm when a Blessing Service will be held in the funeral home chapel with Rev. Father James D. Tringhese officiating.
The Rosary will be prayed on Wednesday at 3 pm at the funeral home.
Interment will follow at Mount St. Macrina Cemetery, Uniontown, PA.
