John E. "Jocko" Pierce, 80, of Uniontown, PA, passed away on Wednesday, May 10, 2017, at home, surrounded by his loving family.

John worked as a Fuel Operator for Penn Dot until his retirement in 1998. He was a loving husband, father, and grandfather who will be dearly missed.

Left to cherish his memory, are his loving wife, of 59 years, Frances A. (Show) Pierce; his children, John Jr., Jerry, Victoria, Robert, Terri, Arlene "Flick" and their spouses; sixteen grandchildren; six great grandchildren; and his special buddy, Pepper.

The family will receive friends in the Stephen R. Haky Funeral Home, 603 N. Gallatin Ave., Ext., Uniontown, PA, on Friday, May 12, from 12-2 p.m. the Hour of Service with Pastor Brian Kelley Officiating.

Interment will be held in Sylvan Heights Cemetery, Uniontown, PA.
