Joan D. (Hartsek) Duritsky, 94, of Lemont Furnace, PA, passed away peacefully at Mt. Macrina Manor, on Saturday, April 28, 2018. She was born in Roscoe, PA, a daughter of the late, John Hartsek and Johanna (Tibor) Hartsek.

She was a member of St. Mary (Nativity) Roman Catholic Church in Uniontown.

Joan was the last surviving member of her immediate family. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Frank J. Duritsky, on March 3, 1996; and her brothers, Joseph, Michael, John III, Anthony, and Steve Hartsek; and her sisters, Mary Lashock, Margaret Colabianchi, and Barbara Colabianchi. Joan is survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and their families.

Friends will be received in the Stephen R. Haky Funeral Home Inc., 603 N. Gallatin Ave., Ext., Uniontown, PA, on Wednesday, May 2, from 2 to 6 p.m. when a Blessing Service will be held with Rev. Father Peter L. Peretti Officiating.

Interment will be privately held in Mt. Saint Macrina Cemetery, Uniontown.
