Jerome L. Griglak, 76, of Uniontown, Pa., died suddenly on Wednesday, December 12, 2018 at home. He was born on November 5, 1942 in Uniontown, Pa., son of the late Gervis and Helen (Shamrock) Griglak.

In addition to his parents, Jerome was preceded in death by a sister and brother-in-law, Marcella and Charles Kosco.

Jerome was a member of St. Mary (Nativity) Roman Catholic Church, and served his country with the Unites States Air Force. In his younger days of HAM Radio, he was known as KB3AQK.

Left to cherish his memory are,  his sister, Sr. Sylvia Griglak MSBT of Fort Mitchell, AL; nephew, Charles Kosco of Uniontown, niece, Charlene Sulak and husband Alvin of Marshall, Va., and nephew, Michael Kosco and wife Lisa of Uniontown.

Friends will be received at the Stephen R. Haky Funeral Home, Inc., 603 N. Gallatin Ave. Ext., Uniontown, Pa. on Tuesday, December 18, from 6-8 p.m.; and on Wednesday, December 19, until 9:30 a.m. when prayers of transfer will be said.

The Funeral Mass will follow at 10 a.m. on Wednesday in St. Mary (Nativity) Roman Catholic Church, 61 N. Mt. Vernon Ave., Uniontown, Pa.

Interment will follow at Sylvan Heights Cemetery, Uniontown, Pa.
