Jaycze Douglas Smitley, age 3 months and fifteen days, died suddenly on Saturday, December 6, 2014 at the Uniontown Hospital. He was born on August 21, 2014 at McGee Women's' Hospital, Pittsburgh, PA.

He rests in the arms of his maternal grandparents, Melvin and Carol David, and paternal grandfather, Stanley Smitley in the Heavenly Kingdom.

Left to cherish his memory are his parents, Stanley "Joey" Smitley, III., and Heather Irene Stockton; three sisters, Justine Stockton, Peyton Smitley, and Cloey Smitley; paternal grandparents, Linda Smitley and James Couch of Smithfield; paternal grandfather Tim Sapp of Masontown; paternal great grandmother Elsie Williams of Smithfield; anuts and uncles, Jerry and Annette Malinsky of Masontown who are also Jaycze's godparents, Missy Dodson and Frankie Lincoln of Point Marion, Greg and Renee Dodson of Morgantown, WV, Marty and Betty Jo Dodson of Smithfield, Tina and Brian David of Smithfield; and many cousins.

Friends will be received at the Haky Funeral Home, Inc., 515 N. Main St., Masontown, PA, on Wednesday, from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m.; and Thursday from 10-11 a.m.

The Funeral Service will be held at 11 a.m. in the funeral home chapel with Rev. Peter Maliek officiating. Interment will follow at Mount Moriah Cemetery, Smithfield, PA.
