Janet Ann (Riffle) Petlevich, age 69 of Uniontown, Pa., died on Tuesday, April 23, 2019 at the Uniontown Hospital. She was born on November 18, 1949, daughter of the late Samuel P. and Ann M. (Baran) Riffle.

Janet was a member of St. Therese de Lisieux Roman Catholic Church and St Therese Altar Society. She was a graduate of Uniontown High School Class of 1967.

Janet was the last member of her immediate family, and is survived by many cousins.

A Blessing Service will be held at 1 p.m. on Friday, May 10, 2019 for family members and friends at the Stephen R. Haky Funeral Home, Inc., 603 N. Gallatin Ave. Ext., Uniontown, Pa.  Interment will be private at Sylvan Heights Cemetery, Uniontown, Pa.
