Jacklyn L. (Shirley) Garbutt, 36, of Smock, and her husband of 10 years, love of her life Gerome A. Garbutt, died suddenly as a result of an automobile accident on the evening of Thursday, September 20, 2018.

She was born  in Mon Valley, Pa. on October 21, 1981. Her mother, Janet Louise Robinson Shirley, preceded her in death.

Surviving are her loving parents, Oca O. Shirley, III. and Christina Shirley of Uniontown; paternal grandparents, Oca O. Shirley II. and Audrey Shirley of Grindstone; twin sister, Nicole Meeks and husband Jason of Republic; brother, Oca O. Shirley, IV. of Uniontown; step-brother, Joshua McKlveen of Uniontown; step-sister, Heather Javornick of Bitner; and niece, Jordyn Javornick.

Deeply missed, Jacky and Gerome, affectionately known as "Jmoney" and "Gmoney" lived for each other, their families, and friends. Each made the other a better person.

Friends will be received at the Stephen R. Haky Funeral Home, Inc., 603 N. Gallatin Ave. Ext., Uniontown, Pa. on Wednesday, September 26, from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m.; and on Thursday, September 27, from 10 a.m. until 11 a.m., the Hour of Service, with Pastor Lee Maley officiating.

Interment will follow at St. Hedwig Cemetery, Smock, Pa.
