Irene B. (Kuban) Galderisi, 80, of Lemont Furnace, PA, went to her rest in the Lord's heavenly kingdom on Sunday, May 18, 2014.

She was born on January 20, 1934 in Uniontown, daughter of the late John P. and Helen Kuban. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband of 55 years Carmen F. Galderisi, and her sister, Marlene Fani.

Irene was a member of St. Therese de Lisieux Roman Catholic Church. She worked with her husband for many years in the family business, Galderisi Floor Coverings, and had also been employed with Orchid Cleaners. She adored her grandchildren and great grandchildren who were her greatest joy and love of her life.

Left to cherish her memory is her son, Carmen F. Galderisi, III. and wife Barbara of Lemont Furnace; four grandchildren, Carmen F. Galderisi, IV. and wife Donna of Lemont Furnace, Brandon Galderisi and wife Brandi of Pittsburgh, Dominic A. Galderisi and Ashley M. Galderisi, both of Lemont Furnace; five great grandchildren, Elizabeth Galderisi, Carmen Galderisi, V., Nathan Galderisi, Sean Galderisi, and Aaron Fisher; and many nieces and nephews.

Friends will be received in the Stephen R. Haky Funeral Home, Inc., 603 N. Gallatin Ave., Ext., Uniontown, PA, on Wednesday, May 21, from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m.; and on Thursday, May 22 until 9:15 a.m. when Prayers of Transfer will be said.

The Funeral Mass will follow at 10 a.m. in St. Therese de Lisieux Roman Catholic Church, 61 Mill St., Uniontown, PA, with Msgr. Michael W. Matusak as Celebrant.

Interment will be held at Sylvan Heights Cemetery, Uniontown, PA.

The Parish Wake Service will be held on Wednesday afternoon at 3 p.m.
