Helen Louise (Mackey) Puzak, 96 of Uniontown passed away on Sunday December 18, 2022. Born August 9, 1926 in Uniontown, the daughter of the late Frank and Angie (Sybert) Mackey. Beloved wife of the late Paul Puzak. In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by her sister Grace Clark and brother John Mackey. She is survived by her sister Ada McGinnis of Uniontown, her sister-in-law Helen M. Puzak and many nieces and nephews. Viewing at Stephen R. Haky Funeral Home, 603 N. Gallatin Ave. Ext. Uniontown on  Wednesday from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM. A Funeral Service will be held at 1:00 PM in the funeral home. Interment will be at Sylvan Heights Cemetery.
