Helen M. (Marinchak) Reagan Miller, 94 of Masontown, Pa., went to her eternal rest on Sunday September 27, while warm in her bed surrounded by her loving family.
She was born in Wilpen, Pa., a daughter of Michael and Mary (Karol) Marinchak on September 9, 1921.
Helen was a graduate of Redstone High School class of 1939, she was active with her classmates and organized and attended reunions with them for many years.
She became an LPN and worked in many capacities, in 1988, she retired from Uniontown Hospital as a physical therapy assistant, after retirement Helen became an avid traveler with family, she enjoyed attending the senior centers in both Carmichaels and Masontown and loved playing cards with her card club. Helen enjoyed cooking and baking, most of all she adored her family and loved spending time with them.
She was preceded in death by her parents, her first husband James Reagantheir child Peggy Sue whom died in infancy, she was also preceded in death by her second husband William D. Miller, a son in law Sheldon Cornfield, daughter in law Faith Reagan, she joins the following siblings in heaven: Justine Turchek, Marie Link, Dolores Ruhe, and Michael Marinchak.
Left to honor her memoryand cherish her legacy are her children, Dolores (Reagan) Cornfield, William J. Reagan both of Florida, Kathleen (Reagan) Packroni and her husband Ben, Charmaine (Miller) Egidi and her husband Richard, of Masontown, Nancy (Miller) Burd of Connellsville, she was blessed with 10 grandchildren 16 great grandchildren, expected the 17th in November and 1 great great grandchild, she was also survived by 2 sisters Agnes Hannah of Slippery Rock and Terri Erickson of Novi Michigan; and many nieces and nephews.
Friends will be received at the Haky Funeral Home, Inc., 515 N. Main St., Masontown, PA, on Wednesday September 30, 2015 from 2-8 p.m.; and on Thursday October 1, 2015 until 9:30 a.m. when prayers of transfer will be said at the funeral home.
The Funeral Mass will be held at 10 a.m., in St. Francis of Assisi Roman Catholic Church, 101 West Church Ave. Masontown, PA on Thursday October 1, 2015 with Rev. Father James F. Bump as Celebrant.
Interment will be held in Mount Macrina.Cemetery, Uniontown, PA.
