Helen Ann (Koshut) Blout, 99, of Uniontown, Pa., died peacefully on Friday, March 23, 2018 at Uniontown Health Care Center.

She was born in Buffington, Pa. on March 6, 1919, daughter of Ignatius and Ann (Lukesek) Koshut.

Her parents, husband Vincent R. Blout, a son, Vincent R. Blout, Jr., and sister, Louise Kratovil, preceded her in death.

Helen was a member of St. Joseph's Roman Catholic Church, St. Joseph's Confraternity of Christian Mothers, Catholic Daughters of America Court #505, Happy Helen's Club, and St. Hedwig's Lodge. She was a loving homemaker, great cook and gardener, and loved spending time with her family.

Left to cherish her memory are, her son, Richard Charles Blout and wife Jennifer; daughter-in-law, Rose Blout, all of Uniontown; grandchildren, Christopher Blout and girlfriend Nikki DuMay, Evonne Reid and husband Robert, Dr. Justine Blout,VMD, and husband William Zinn, Jessica Blout, and Jace Blout; great grandchildren, Kennedy Blout, Vincent Blout, Ryan Blout, Devin Neverdale; and many nieces and nephews.

Friends will be received at the Stephen R. Haky Funeral Home Inc., 603 N. Gallatin Ave. Ext., Uniontown, Pa., on Monday, March 26 from 6-8 p.m.; Tuesday, March 27, from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m.; and Wednesday, March 28,  when Prayers of Transfer will be said at 9:15 a.m.

The Funeral Mass will follow on Wednesday, at 10 a.m. in St. Joseph's Roman Catholic Church, 180 Old Walnut Hill Road, Uniontown, Pa., with Rev. Father Daniel Blout, her nephew, as celebrant.

St. Joseph's Confraternity of Christian Mothers will recite prayers at 3 p.m. on Tuesday at the funeral home.

Interment will be held at St. Joseph's Cemetery, Hopwood, Pa.
